- It's obvious jsf00 that you have never actually seen a Nook Tablet. Pretty much does everything the Amazon Kindle Fire does. That being said not everyone has or wants to blow the $500+ that an iPad or full blown Android tablet costs.

- Actually - that's what defense lawyers do all the time. Try to build a case by showing a jury that there may be reasonable doubt of their clients guilt. That's what attorneys are paid to do. That's America. What would be sad is if a jury buys it.
